Loan Processor Full-Time Bonham
A Bank loan processor is responsible for gathering, preparing, and maintaining the necessary paperwork and documentation required for loan applications and files. The loan processor ensures that all documents and signatures are in order before submission. The essential duties and responsibilities of a loan processor are:
- Gathering information for the loan application.
- Collecting data from clients such as their assets, salaries, debts, and employment status to fill in information for the loan application.
- Researching and correcting mistakes in applications.
- Reviewing file documentation for missing or erroneous information.
- Meeting loan application deadlines.
- Assisting loan officers with requests and tasks needed to complete and process applications.
- Follow-up with customers to verify critical information.
- Complete annual training and maintain job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services.
- Maintain and update account records.
- File lienholder information for UCC, Deed of Trust, Title, or other required documents to protect the bank’s position in the time frames required by regulation, law, or policy.
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to the policies and procedures of the bank.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect bank operations by keeping information confidential.
- Fulfill your obligation under the Bank Secrecy and Anti-Money Laundering Act for compliance with the law and required reporting.
- Provide requested documents and information for compliance audits and exams yearly.

Teller Full-Time Bonham
A Bank teller is the first impression of the bank. The teller creates a positive experience for account holders by contributing solutions and promoting the bank’s services. The bank teller is crucial in convincing account holders to use the bank for all their financial needs through excellent service. As a teller, you will be responsible for the following:
- Process transaction requests for account holders, including deposit, withdrawal, loan payments, issuing cashier checks, logging night deposits, and mail-in transactions.
- Ensure each transaction is balanced before assisting the next account holder.
- Attention to detail and ensuring your cash drawer is in balance each day.
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect bank operations by keeping information confidential.
- Fulfill your obligation under the Bank Secrecy and Anti-Money Laundering Act for compliance with the law and required reporting.
- Answer and resolve account holder inquiries about products and services offered by Fannin Bank.
- Participate in and complete yearly training.
